This website is operated by Oil By Kyle. Throughout the site, the terms “I,” “me,” and “my” refer to the artist. By visiting my site and/or purchasing something from me, you engage in my “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and content contributors.

2. Custom Products and Orders

All items available for purchase are made to order and often customized. Because of this, all sales are final.
Please read product descriptions carefully and contact me before ordering if you have any questions.

3. Returns and Refunds

As stated in my Return & Refund Policy, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damage claims must be submitted within 2 days of delivery and must include photographs.

4. Shipping

I ship orders using third-party carriers. Once a package leaves my studio, I am not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues caused by the shipping provider.
If a package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.

5. Accuracy of Information

I make every effort to ensure that product details, pricing, and availability are accurate, but errors may occur. I reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, and text on this website are the property of Oil By Kyle and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of this website or from any purchased product, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
