All artwork and merchandise on this website is made to order and customized, which means I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
All Sales Are Final
Please double-check your order before submitting, as all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Great care is taken in packing each order, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 2 days of delivery.
To report an issue:
• Email me at kannewt1678@gmail.com
• Include your order number
• Attach clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
Reports submitted after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Exceptions
Because every piece is custom made, I do not accept:
• Returns or exchanges
• Cancellations once production has started
